Freezepop Nerd Nostalgia
When I arrived at the PAX convention in Seattle a couple months ago, I was exhausted. You see, when I first arrived in the city, I had decided that I would rather take a ferry at 5 in the morning (on the day of the convention), rent a car..then drive up to the Hoh rain forest and be a treehugger.. instead of sleep. 10 hours later, I returned from my expedition and dragged my butt up the numerous staircases of the Seattle Center. I was determined to do some gaming. Nobody was around, just some muffled music playing through a set of heavy doors.
Despite every fiber of my being wanting to sleep right then and there, I pushed through those musical doors. This is what I found.
