About the Author
Nixie is a girl that's been playing video games since she came out of the womb. 22 years later I decided to share these pent-up opinions about the industry, games, my likes and dislikes and everything in between.
I also dabble with Linux and make a vain attempt at helping others dabble as well. Actually, I just like the word 'dabble'.

As for the GoW3 – never saw anything particularly interesting in the series, though I must admit that it is really a showcase of what X360 i capable of. If only Microsoft gave any support for online features in my country…
Squarespace, where geektyrant is hosted has misconfigured https. Or better, they are affected by the fact that https and named virtual hosts are an impossible combination. They need to assign a separate IP number to every host that wants to run https and have their own SSL certificate which wouldn’t make browsers complain.
This is often impossible, because there are no IPs to give.
In short …
Just in case – I was just kidding in that part with a botnet. Sorry if anyone felt offended.
And I was just explaining why the certificate fsckup.
It happens to many sites.
Guys, just use http instead https.
Sure. But the link shouldn’t be through https then. Just saying.
You’re absolutely right, I went ahead and fixed it.
