Goodbye, my sweet Child
He never got in too much trouble. Afterall, every child aquires the occasional bug that makes them ornery — and a virus every once in a blue moon.
However, the current issue my child is having will require loads of diagnostics and recovery time. He has been very blue lately. Well, he usually radiates a vibrant blue light, but that’s not what I’m referring to…
Today, my pride and joy BSOD’ed. It seems like his situation is chronic and dire, and there is no going back from it. Here are some photos of him in his prime:
Though the photo is blurry, my feelings for him are clear as day.

Your graphics looked great on a high resolution, even if it contributed to minor burning of my retinas.

Oh my sweet child, I knew you well.. but I’m afraid it’s time to say goodbye. As you are now (no offense) obsolete.
With love,
Mom

I see we share the same kind of love for our PCs; I love my digital baby. Her baby brother of a 360 loves her, too. =P
Yes, we did work so hard to save him, more than once, but he always responded… :sniff:
all the other children here are doing fine, but for three… it may be in the genes, for they all have the same motherboard (not the same as your case though)
If he has a donor card, perhaps parts can live on in other children that desperately need transplants; memory, storage, maybe even video.
I’ll always remember those times, good and bad, with this:
