Humility

I wish words could express how humbled I feel by the response to my Pledgie campaign. It’s one thing to say that “I’m overwhelmed by your generosity” but it’s quite another to come on camera and express said feelings. I’m sure you know that because of the situation I can’t exactly get on camera as of yet, but believe me that as soon as I get a new camera I will record a special message thanking those who helped me when I was down.

I honestly had considered giving up making videos after this latest setback. It is hard for me to imagine how people can be so callous about stealing others’ property. I wish that we lived in a world where I could leave my car unlocked and windows down, and no one would consider taking anything from it, but sadly we do not. However, as upset as I was by this happening I have been moved even more by what everyone has done for me.

Recently I have produced fewer videos than I had in the past, but I feel that this situation, and what you have done for me, has given me motivation to continue, and get back to putting out videos on a regular basis. So I will keep everyone updated on my new camera, and will start making videos (including ones about Linux!) again as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your assistance and generosity. Words truly fail me when I try to think of how I can express my feelings about this. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
